SEPTYCAL
GORGE "Growing
Seeds of Decay"
Septycal
Gorge are the most promising and ultra brutal bands to come out
of Italy in recent times. Drawing heavy influences from heavy
weight band like Disgorge (usa), Suffocation and Deeds of Flesh,
their skull crushing technical death metal embludgeonment will
have you clawing for more.

REVIEWS:
Growing
Seeds Of Decay is the debut full length from this Italian
quintet, adding yet another notch to the belt of the country's
ever growing Death Metal scene. From the beginning this
release exudes quality, from the great coverart by Tony
Koehl to the opening notes of the first song, one can tell
that this is going to be a very interesting listen at the
least. The music itself is technical, and reminiscent of
a style perfected by Californian bands ala Deeds Of Flesh.
There are a lot of different grooves and rhythms throughout
the structures laden with various timing and tempo changes,
drawing also on some inspiration from the masters: Suffocation.
Septycal Gorge do well here to create an interesting and
memorable journey through their brutal sound, which is delivered
with great quality and precision from each musician. This
is one for those fans of everything balanced in technicality
and brutality.
